The staff were very nice and unobtrusive at this place. The rooms were perfectly clean and silent, with a small mini fridge, a safe and a TV set, exceptionally comfortable bed.
The staff was very rude.

It was silent, cosy and in place of a wardrobe.

The heating in the room was excellent, keeping things cozy during the cold nights. The shower delivered strong pressure and hot water consistently, a real plus.
Unfortunately, the hotel is situated in a rather loud area, right across from a rowdy nightclub, with noise levels that persist until early morning. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with common areas and bathrooms showing signs of neglect. While the Wi-Fi was advertised, the connection was far from reliable, often dropping out at the most inconvenient moments. For breakfast, the offerings were minimal, lacking variety and served in a chilly room that did little to enhance the experience. Room sizes were quite cramped, not ideal for those with larger luggage or wanting more space. The overall ambiance felt sterile rather than inviting.

quite central
Unfortunately it was renovated, therefore loud plus road and air traffic. Breakfast was very sparse

The location was excellent, the breakfast according to the price.
The street-side room on the 2nd floor was very loud - street noise. But because there was no air conditioning, you had to either sweat or sleep badly

Straight facts, no fluff
Conveniently close to the main train station, just a 3-minute walk. Staff were helpful with recommendations. The room was small but clean, with a comfy bed. Breakfast options were limited, yet acceptable for a quick start. Not ideal for a romantic getaway, but a decent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

The breakfast was very good. Every day fresh rolls and croissants, cheese, butter, jam yogurt and egg. You can't complain about that. Also the staff was very friendly and courteous. The location is great if you come by train like we did, as you can get to the hotel in less than 4 minutes and walk to the centre in 15 minutes. The area around the hotel is not very nice but acceptable. As our room was facing the street, it was unfortunately a little loud, but one could stand it.

I came to explore the local attractions, and it was just a short walk to places like the Grand Ducal Palace and the National Museum of Art and History, which were highlights of my visit. The room was cozy, albeit a bit on the small side, but clean and comfortable. The staff was genuinely helpful, providing great tips on what to see and do in the area. it was a satisfactory stay with the main points being the convenient location for sightseeing and the helpful recommendations from the staff.

The only thing I really liked during my stay was the fact that I was relatively close to the city center. I can mention that the room was clean enough and the comfort was fair.
The attitude and behaviour of the personnel including the boss.
